Because travel planning is a true craft—and one I take great pride in—my services come with the following fee structure:
🌍 Standard Trip Planning Fee
$50 per traveler for any itinerary over 2 nights
Refundable only if the trip is fully booked, paid in full, and completed without itinerary changes
Non-refundable if the itinerary is canceled or significantly modified after booking
🔄 Change Fee Policy
Planning includes up to two major itinerary revisions. After that:
$50 per additional major change, non-refundable
Major changes include adjustments to travel dates, accommodations, or primary/secondary transportation
✨ Custom Itinerary Design
For travelers seeking something beyond the ordinary—a themed escape, immersive cultural journey, or completely custom experience:
$100 per custom itinerary build-out, non-refundable
This fee covers the additional research, creative concepting, and personalized vendor sourcing that go into creating one-of-a-kind adventures
✈️ Air Travel Booking Fees
Airfare-only bookings include the following non-refundable service fees:
$25 per domestic airline ticket
$50 per international airline ticket
$20 service fee on non-commissionable tickets or changes
GLTT reserves the right to waive or modify planning fees at its sole discretion. Please note: all supplier/vendor change or cancellation penalties are the responsibility of the traveler.
